Haha, I only got this when I saw the subs, but it's the gesture for the number 7 and he does it usually when the song says "nanairo no furezu" or "7 colour phrase." I think through doing it so much in the Making Of, it now symbolizes the song for him, so he did it when they changed the topic to Love Rainbow and Jun-kun's drama.
